The purpose of the website is to provide information, resources and perhaps a little bit of inspiration for those living with violence, escaping and recovering from, or those who know someone experiencing violence.

I am not a social worker, I am a survivor. Because I have LIVED it I know first hand what living with violence is. I know the courage and the difficulty in escaping. And I know how long it takes to recover and build a life free from violence.
